To ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. <strong>Expert Initiated Cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experts are expected to fulfill their scheduled commitments. In case of unavoidable circumstances, experts must notify CLAN-networks and the user at least 24 hours in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a penalty on the expert&#8217;s profile. Persistent violations may lead to account suspension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. <strong>User Initiated Cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users can cancel a session with no penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a user cancels within 24 hours of the session, the expert will receive partial compensation for their time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Rescheduling Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. <strong>Expert Initiated Rescheduling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experts can propose a rescheduled time to the user with at least 24 hours notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users have the right to accept or decline the proposed rescheduled time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b. <strong>User Initiated Rescheduling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users can request a session reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experts are encouraged to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests whenever possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. No-Show Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a user does not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled session time, the expert can consider the session a no-show.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For a user no-show, the expert will receive compensation for their time spent waiting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating as an expert on CLAN-networks, you agree to adhere to these policies. We believe these guidelines ensure fairness and professionalism in all interactions.
